How do I use the click and collect service?
STEP 1 - Place your order through our online shop: www.tassiebirdandpoultrysupplies.com
Alternatively you can call us in business hours (Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm) on (03)62 671554 to place your order
STEP 2 - Choose “Click and Collect” as your shipping method at checkout and continue through the checkout process as directed. If you have ordered with us previously please make sure your contact details are up to date to allow us to contact you with your collection details
STEP 3- Wait until you have received an email or SMS to your nominated mobile phone given at the checkout process informing you that your order is ready for collection
*if you have placed your order over phone this will be given to you immediately
STEP 4 - Take your email or SMS message to our store located in Margate to collect your order. You will need the locker number and passcode given in your notification to collect your order. Our locker system is available 24/7 and located at the front of our business in Margate. The lockers are easy to use and directions on use are located on the lockers.
FAQs
"When can I collect my order?" Please allow time for us to process your order - You can collect your order at any time after receiving the SMS or email notification advising your order is ready for collection.
Once the confirmation message has been sent you, your order will be available for collection anytime that suits you within a 48 hour window. Our locker system works 24 hours a day.
Larger items/ larger orders that cannot fit into our locker system will be required to be collected in business hours. You will notified by text message or email if this is the case.
"How long does it take to process my order and when can I collect my order?" Processing times depends on the following guidelines:
- If your order is placed while our business is open (Tuesday to Saturday 10am - 4pm) your order will generally be processed within 1 - 3 hours
- If your order is placed late at night or overnight, your order will be processed the following morning
- If your order is placed on a public holiday or day we are closed (Sunday or Monday) it can take up to 48 hours to process. Longer than normal processing times will occur over Christmas and New Year closure periods.
- PLEASE NOTE: To ensure our lockers are available for all our customers promptly, we allow 48 hours for collection of your order from time of notification. If you are unable to collect within this time please contact our business on (03) 62671554 to make alternative arrangements. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and sometimes there may be delays beyond our control (lockers are full and we need to wait for other customers to collect their orders before we can process your order or we may be experiencing a large volume of orders to process). Rest assured, we will process your order as quickly as we possibly can.
"Can i book a locker for a specific day?" Unfortunately bookings for specific days is not available with our click and collect locker collection. Our staff process orders on a first come first served basis and therefore we cannot predict when customers will collect orders leaving lockers free. Our locker system has limited lockers available, the service is very busy and each locker often hosts many orders on a daily basis. Therefore, we cannot guarantee our lockers will be available on a certain day due to the large volume of orders turning over in the system and the inability for our business to predict when customers will collect their orders from the lockers.
We cannot hold a locker and prevent others using it for orders requesting a certain date.
We do request orders be collected within 48 hours of our collection texts arriving in your inbox, to ensure lockers are available to all our customers as quickly as possible.

"What happens if I cannot collect within 48 hours?" Our locker system is designed for a quick turn around pick up system only, for convenience for all our customers. Please contact our business on (03) 62671554 or email: info@tassiebirdandpoultrysupplies.com if you are unable to collect your order within 48 hours of receiving your collection text message.
If you are unable to collect within 48 hours your order may need to be removed from our lockers and reprocessed on another day, to allow the locker to be used for other customers. Please understand we have limited lockers and many customers using our locker system, and our lockers need to be available to all customers promptly when placing orders.
If your order is removed from the locker you will be notified by text or email. This will only be done if we receive no contact from you, your order has been in our locker system longer than 48 hours and we have a backlog of orders waiting on locker availability.
As a general guide, we suggest placing your order 12 - 24 hours prior to requiring pick up.

We offer In Store Pick Up - place your order online and we will prepare your order ready for collection. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready via text message or email.
As we do not offer in store Afterpay, this is a great method to use if you are wishing to pick your order up in store and wish to use Afterpay as your payment method
