Our NEW IMPROVED Loyalty Rewards Club is now available for online and in-store customers!
We have some very exciting news to share regarding our Loyalty Rewards Club! We have implemented some new changes to our current Loyalty Rewards Program that is all about offering our customers a fantastic way to reward you for being regular customers!
The most exciting feature is that our NEW UPDATED Loyalty Rewards Club will unite our ONLINE store with our MARGATE Retail store, which allows our customers to shop over both portals earning points to redeem for $$$ or great rewards
Our new upgraded Loyalty Club has some exciting new benefits:
✅ A loyalty club that allows our members to accumulate points both in our Margate retail store AND our online web shop and unite the points balance!
✅ No more stamp cards! When shopping in-store, simply state your name at the checkout for our staff to add your purchase to your points tally!
✅ Check your points balance anytime, review previous orders and see how your points are redeemed when you activate your details with NEW online access
✅ Earn points every time you shop, redeem your points for vouchers, free shipping offers, double points days and more great offers that will be extended over time as our Loyalty Rewards Club grows!
✅ Earn extra points by celebrating your birthday with free points, joining our e- newsletter and more great offers being added as special events!
There will be no change to our current e - news newsletter that contains great Loyalty Club Only Specials, updates of new products, competitions and all the other offers that we currently send in our e-newsletters for our extra special customers.

We offer our customers a FREE loyalty club, called "The Ultimate Rewards Club" for our customers that want to stay updated on great hints and tips on how to care for your feathered friends, along with offering exclusive specials and rewards! Points can be redeemed for $$$ off purchases, free shipping and other great offers

- Points are valid for 12 months
T's and C's:
- There are some products in our store that are excluded from our Loyalty Rewards points accumulation. These products include Brinsea Incubator range, Aussie Chicken Tractors, Gardenstar Products and Chicken Coop Ranges.
- All customers must be logged into their account upon purchase to accumulate points. Points can not be added after a transaction has been finalised.
- Customers that hold a stamp points card must activate the transfer of their points to our new updated Loyalty Club Program prior to December 22nd 2025 to retain points. All stamp cards that have not been activated prior to 22nd December 2025 will forfeit points accrued.
- Points are not transferable and can only be accrued and redeemed by the account holder
- Points are valid for 12 months.
- Accounts that remain inactive for 12 months will lapse.
- We reserve the right to make changes and alterations without notice to the terms and conditions of our Loyalty Club rewards and guidelines.
