Updating your current Loyalty Rewards Club Card to Retain Points Balance
To connect your current Loyalty Rewards stamp card and transfer your current available points to the new program you must activate the transfer by making a purchase in our Margate store before 22nd December.
“ How do I activate the transfer?”

Call into our Margate store and upon your next purchase we will merge your current membership to the new system at the checkout. We will need your current card to transfer the points balance. Some customers leave their card with us, others carry it with them, but regardless we need to see your card to activate the transfer. If you do not have a card you will need to sign up as a new member.

If you currently do not have a stamp card or you have no current points on your current stamp card, simply register as a new member as per the instructions below (I only shop online)

All Stamp cards that have not been activated onto the new system prior to 22nd December will be no longer active and points forfeited
- For customers that do not wish to access their points online or redeem offers through our website nothing further needs to be done, please continue to enjoy using your new Loyalty Rewards Club Membership by providing your name to the staff member serving you each time you shop. Our staff can simply check your points balance any time you request a balance or we will prompt you when you have vouchers ready to redeem.
- For customers wishing to take advantage of the new online access to their rewards membership you will need to activate your details on our website to merge the in-store access and online access together. This is a very simple activation on our website and can only be performed anytime AFTER the merge in store has taken place (as above). This is a great way to keep an eye on your points, see how they grow, redeem for offers and shop with our business over both platforms!
To activate your membership across both our store and online please complete the following steps:
STEP ONE Please allow 48 hours after our staff have performed the instore merge and head to our website: www.tassiebirdandpoultrysupplies.com
STEP TWO Navigate to the green Loyalty Rewards widget (bottom left of our home page screen)
STEP THREE click the REGISTER NOW button. Complete the details ensuring you are using the same email address that you provided staff at the time of activation.
Your membership will now be merged and your Loyalty Rewards Membership can be accessed both in sour Margate store and Online.
Please note: It is important to use the same email address that you have provided our staff in store to ensure the merge is successful. All new email addresses will create a completely new account and points will not be transferable.
Each time you visit our website in the future, please head to the loyalty club widget to ensure you are signed in to accrue points, redeem points or check your loyalty rewards details.
